Refund & Return Policy

 

Refund & Return: We accept return and refund requests only for damaged or defective products. You have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund for damage or defects. To process the return, we require a clear unboxing video. Once approved by our Quality Control (QC) team, we will exchange your item at no extra cost or provide a full refund.

 

Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item due to size issues or any other reason, we offer exchanges for ₹100 per product. We encourage you to refer to the size chart before placing your order to avoid any issues. Please note that no refunds are provided for color or size changes—only exchanges.

 

Exchange Conditions:

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Exchanges are allowed only once per order.

Exchanges are not permitted for minor issues, slight variations in size, color, or lint.

 

Return Process:

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed through your original payment method. Please note that it may take 3-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
